Hosting of the website

The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: your IP address, the date and time, the requested address, and information about your browser and device.

The purpose is a secure and fast delivery of the website, for example protection against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare processes these data on our behalf under the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.

Data can reach the USA in this process. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The adequacy decision of the European Commission applies to such transfers (Art. 45 GDPR). Cloudflare keeps these data only as long as the purposes above need them.

Contact by email

When you write to us, for example to ask for a demo, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message. We use these data only to answer your request and to arrange a demo. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering you).

Cloudflare (Email Routing) forwards emails to hallo@klarheft.at to our mailbox at Google (Gmail). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the emails as a separate controller under its own privacy policy. We use this mailbox based on our legitimate interest in reliable email storage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data can reach the USA in this process. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We delete your request when it is complete. We keep it longer only when a law requires this.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and to data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). To use these rights, write to hallo@klarheft.at.

Right to object

When we process data based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). To object, write to hallo@klarheft.at.
